Lead paint is a serious concern – most homes built before 1978 contain lead based paint. Many of the homes in the Lancaster and Lebanon county areas contain lead-based products. Children are particularly vulnerable to the lead dust that often forms as a result of renovation work. It’s extremely important that your contractor knows how to minimize risk, and keep the dust from spreading.
